24. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT

25. DISCLAIMERS

AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon without verification.
26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Jobultimator shall not be liable for:
• Lost employment opportunities
• Lost earnings
• Lost business opportunities
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Emotional distress arising from recruitment outcomes
Liability shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) fees paid by the Candidate during the previous twelve months; or
(b) £100.
27. INDEMNIFICATION
Candidates agree to indemnify Jobultimator from claims arising from:

• Violations of law
• Violations of this Agreement
28. COMPLAINTS
Candidates may submit complaints regarding:

• Content moderation decisions
Jobultimator may investigate complaints in accordance with applicable policies.
29. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
30. JURISDICTION
Subject to mandatory local legal rights, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of England and Wales.
31. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Jobultimator may update this Agreement periodically.
