1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Jobultimator platform, website (www.jobultimator.com), mobile applications, software, APIs, artificial intelligence systems, communication services, databases, recruitment services, networking services, premium subscription services, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Platform").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Jobultimator ("Jobultimator", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") and any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform ("User", "you", or "your"). By accessing, registering for, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. PLATFORM PURPOSE
Jobultimator is an AI-driven international recruitment, professional networking, talent discovery, employment advertising, workforce management, and career development platform.
The Platform may provide:
• Job advertisements
• Candidate profiles
• Public professional profiles
• CV and resume hosting
• AI-powered candidate matching
• AI-powered job recommendations
• Employer branding services
• Recruiter services
• Recruitment analytics
• Professional networking tools
• Messaging services
• Premium subscriptions
• Enterprise recruitment solutions
• API integrations
• Third-party service integrations
Jobultimator is not an employment agency unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Jobultimator is not an employer of users. Jobultimator does not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring outcomes, recruitment outcomes, revenue generation, candidate quality, or business success.
3. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
• "Account" means a registered user profile.
• "Candidate" means an individual seeking employment, contracts, freelance work, internships, apprenticeships, consulting opportunities, or career advancement.
• "Employer" means an individual, company, government body, charity, organization, partnership, recruitment firm, or other entity using the Platform to recruit personnel.
• "Recruiter" means an individual or organization conducting recruitment activities.
• "Content" means all information uploaded, posted, transmitted, displayed, generated, processed, or stored through the Platform.
• "AI System" means any machine-learning, artificial intelligence, statistical, predictive, algorithmic, generative, recommendation, ranking, or automated decision-support system operated by Jobultimator.
• "Subscription Services" means any paid service offered by Jobultimator.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, directives, codes, standards, and legal obligations applicable to users and Jobultimator.
4. ELIGIBILITY
Users must:
• Be at least eighteen (18) years old
• Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using recruitment platforms under applicable law
• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with these Terms
If local law permits users under eighteen years old to work, such users may access the Platform only where permitted by law and with any required parental or guardian consent.
Employers and Recruiters represent that they possess all licenses, registrations, permissions, and authority necessary to conduct recruitment activities.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Users must create an Account to access certain Platform features.
Users agree that all registration information shall be:
• Accurate
• Complete
• Current
• Lawful
Users remain solely responsible for:
• Account credentials
• Password security
• Device security
• Activity conducted through their Accounts
Users must immediately notify Jobultimator of:
• Unauthorized access• Credential compromise
• Suspected fraud
• Security incidents
Jobultimator may require identity verification at any time.
6. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Jobultimator reserves the right to verify:
• User identity
• Employer legitimacy
• Recruiter licensing
• Educational qualifications
• Professional certifications
• Employment history
• Business registration status
Verification methods may include:
• Government-issued identification
• Biometric verification
• Business registration records
• Professional licensing databases
• Third-party verification providers
Failure to complete verification may result in restricted functionality, suspension, or termination.
7. CANDIDATE SERVICES
Candidates may:
• Create profiles
• Upload CVs
• Upload resumes
• Upload portfolios
• Apply for positions
• Receive recommendations
• Receive recruiter communications
• Participate in networking activities
Candidates acknowledge that profile visibility settings may affect discoverability by Employers and Recruiters. Candidates are solely responsible for all information published through their profiles.
8. EMPLOYER SERVICES
Employers may:
• Advertise positions
• Search candidate databases• Contact candidates
• Purchase subscriptions
• Use AI-assisted hiring tools
• Access analytics
Employers remain solely responsible for:
• Hiring decisions
• Employment offers
• Background checks
• Legal compliance
• Employment contracts
Jobultimator does not participate in employment decisions.
9. RECRUITER SERVICES
Recruiters may:
• Search candidates
• Contact candidates
• Manage vacancies
• Conduct recruitment campaigns
• Access premium tools
Recruiters shall comply with:
• Employment agency laws
• Data protection laws
• Anti-discrimination laws
• Professional conduct obligations
Recruiters are responsible for obtaining all required candidate consents.
10. USER CONTENT
Users retain ownership of their Content.
By uploading Content, users grant Jobultimator a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free
license to:
• Host
• Store
• Reproduce
• Display
• Analyze
• Process
• Transmit
• Distribute
such Content solely for Platform operation, development, security, compliance, and service delivery. Users represent that they possess all rights necessary to grant such licenses.
11. AI SYSTEM DISCLOSURES
The Platform incorporates artificial intelligence systems.
AI Systems may:
• Recommend candidates
• Recommend jobs
• Rank search results
• Generate summaries
• Generate interview questions
• Generate job descriptions
• Detect fraud
• Identify suspicious activity
• Provide predictive insights
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, hallucinations, biases, or outdated information. Users shall independently verify all AI-generated outputs.
Jobultimator does not guarantee AI accuracy.
12. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Certain Platform activities may involve automated processing.
Where required by applicable law, users may request:
• Information regarding automated processing
• Human review
• Explanation of decisions
• Correction of inaccurate information
Employers remain solely responsible for final hiring decisions.
Jobultimator AI systems are decision-support tools only unless otherwise disclosed.
13. AI FAIRNESS AND HUMAN OVERSIGHT
Jobultimator seeks to maintain AI systems that are:
• Fair
• Transparent
• Explainable where feasible
• Non-discriminatory
• Subject to human oversight
Jobultimator reserves the right to audit, suspend, modify, retrain, or remove AI systems where risks are identified. Employers shall not rely exclusively upon AI outputs when making employment decisions where prohibited by law.
14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users shall not:• Submit false information
• Create fake accounts
• Post fake jobs
• Conduct scams
• Engage in harassment
• Scrape Platform data
• Reverse engineer software
• Circumvent security systems
• Upload malware
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Commit unlawful discrimination
• Manipulate AI systems
• Conduct phishing attacks
• Harvest personal information
Violation may result in immediate termination.
15. ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Users shall comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws. Employers and Recruiters shall not discriminate based upon characteristics protected under applicable law. Jobultimator reserves the right to remove discriminatory content.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform technology, trademarks, logos, software, databases, algorithms, AI systems, documentation, and designs remain the exclusive property of Jobultimator or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
17. PAYMENT TERMS
Jobultimator may offer:
• Per-job pricing
• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Enterprise plans
• Commission-based recruitment services
• Advertising services
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated. Taxes may be added where required.
18. INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:• UK GDPR

• Data Protection Act 2018
• EU AI Act
• Digital Services Act
• Consumer protection laws
• Employment laws
• Anti-discrimination laws
• Sanctions laws
• Anti-money laundering laws
Where local law conflicts with these Terms, mandatory local law shall prevail to the extent required.
19. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Jobultimator Privacy Policy.
Users acknowledge that data may be transferred internationally using legally recognized safeguards including:
• Standard Contractual Clauses
• UK International Data Transfer Agreements
• Adequacy mechanisms
• Other approved transfer mechanisms
20. TERMINATION
Jobultimator may suspend or terminate Accounts immediately where:
• Legal violations occur
• Fraud is suspected
• Security risks arise
• Regulatory obligations require action
• These Terms are breached
Termination does not relieve payment obligations accrued before termination.
21. DISCLAIMERS
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jobultimator disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No guarantee is provided regarding:
• Employment
• Recruitment success
• Candidate quality
• Revenue
• Platform availability
• AI outputs
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Jobultimator shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Lost opportunities
• Business interruption
• Reputational harm
Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) amounts paid to Jobultimator during the previous twelve months; or
(b) £100.
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobultimator, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, and agents from claims arising from:
• User Content
• Regulatory breaches
• Employment disputes
• Data protection violations
• Intellectual property claims
• Violations of these Terms
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
25. JURISDICTION
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and local legal requirements, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
26. CHANGES TO TERMS
Jobultimator may amend these Terms at any time.
Material changes may be communicated through:

• Account notificationsContinued use constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between Jobultimator and users.
